Classical Music of India - Concert by Dr. Aditi Sharma Garg
On 1 June 2026, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, we warmly invite you to Radha Govinda Bhakti Yog Mandir for an exceptional concert by Dr. Aditi Sharma Garg, a distinguished vocalist from India, renowned master of the dhrupad tradition and creator of its female stylistic lineage. She is also known for her innovative form chahunmukhi, which unites four classical Indian vocal styles: dhrupad, khayal, thumri, and bhajan.
She will be accompanied by Piotr Malec, the only Polish musician performing on the ancient drum pakhawaj, as well as on tabla, and by Arush Datt Sharma, musician and teacher of classical Indian vocal forms.
The concert will be preceded by a short introduction to the foundations of Indian classical music. We warmly welcome you to this unique encounter with the depth, tradition, and spiritual resonance of Indian music.
