Jagadguruttam Diwas

A special Satsang to celebrate the 68th Jagadguruttam Diwas. This historic event that took place on 14 January 1957. Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj was only 34 years of age, when he was honored unanimously with the title of Jagadguru by the Kashi Vidvat Parishad, a body of 500 eminent scholars. Prior to him, only four saints have been honored with the title of Jagadguru – Adi Jagadguru Shri Shankaracharya, Jagadguru Shri Ramanujacharya, Jagadguru Shri Nimbarkarcharya and Jagadguru Shri Madhavacharya.
